Covid’s impact on how we live and work along with the absolute necessity to ensure that we promote inclusion and diversity; that we hire without bias or prejudice; that we remove the unfair advantages many of us, our founders included, benefit from; that we facilitate a means for the bottom 1% to move up and that we look after those mentally and physically who work amongst us can all be tackled in someway or another by technology.
