We expect each business to receive a cash investment delivered throughout the programme. We will more importantly work with you and introduce you to the parties that lead your next round.
We are looking for businesses within a certain range of $2-5m valuation. The Workplace Accelerator will make the offer based on where your business fits in the range.
The accelerator will charge a very small equity percentage for participation within the programme and a % of funds raised via the programmme on a sliding scale depending on the amount.
The value created during the programme however will far out weight the cost of it and means that you will be part of the most dedicated HR Tech ecosystem in APAC.
Unlike most accelerators we are hyper focused on HRTech within South East Asia. As long as you are working on your startup full-time and have at least a working MVP with clients that fits the above criteria then you can apply.
We understand that it might not be possible for you to travel to Singapore if the current restrictions continue. Therefore, we won’t expect you to come to Singapore but rather participate remotely. We will still have opportunities for you to join Demo Day.
No - you do not need to be a Singaporean Company however should the country where you are currently incorporated not recognise the SAFE note format then we will need to switch to a priced equity round
The minimum requirements for participation are:
- At least one founder must be at all required events
- All founders must attend the expert workshops and 121 sessions
- All founders must join week 1 and attend demo day and demo day prep
The experts are active members of the programme who have committed to spending time with you throughout to help you achieve your goal.
They all have a proven track record within the HR Tech and Venture Space. Over the 12 weeks you will have at least one working session with each as well as attend their masterclass.
The mentors are all highly respected HR and Recruitment Leadership professionals with deep knowledge of their industries and function.
They have a keen interest in helping businesses grow and will make themselves available to help you get real market feedback and get access to world class pilots.
Our application and selection process will remain the same. We will still review each application, conduct interviews online with the Workplace Accelerator team. If travel is still restricted, we will run virtual selection days so you will still have the chance to connect with our mentor and partner network.
